dbus-udeb software package provides simple interprocess messaging system (minimal runtime), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dbus-udeb
dbus-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dbus-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dbus-udeb *
You will get with dbus-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
